Right VATS Resection of a Complex Mediastinal Bronchogenic Cyst

The authors present the case of a complex mediastinal bronchogenic cyst that was excised through a right VATS approach. The anatomy of the mediastinal structures are highlighted, as well as the use of intraoperative endoscopy.

A very nice video. Just a small suggestion. A semiprone position would be more suited for such lesions with the added advantage of not requiring to retract the lung at all. We have resected a good number of such cysts in this location using the semiprone position
