VATS Sympathectomy: Is it of Low Clinical Value?

Pala Rajesh of Heartlands Hospital, Birmingham, UK, argues that VATS sympathectomy is a useful procedure that contains clinical value for patients with thoracic sympathetic blockade. Dr. Rajesh discusses the background and methodology for VATS sympathectomy, and demonstrates his technique.
