Good video, thank you for posting for the benefit of junior trainees. Can I please suggest change in terminology though. While it is common to call it pedicled, the correct term should in fact be 'non-skeletonised' (against skeletonised). 'Pedicled' version (meaning attached to its origin) is the opposite of 'free' (where it's divided.proximally as well). Additionally, the more accurate anatomical terminology is 'internal thoracic artery' (and not internal mammary artery). Best wishes
