Complex Redo Reconstruction of Whole Pulmonary Artery
Tuesday, July 12, 2016
This video shows the reconstruction of the pulmonary artery in an 8-year-old girl, who had undergone repair of truncus arteriosus at the age of one. The patient presented with Class II/III dyspnea, and CT imaging revealed that the conduit and stent were severely calcified and stenosed. The conduit and branch were replaced and the pulmonary artery was reconstructed.
