CTSNet at the Inaugural Annual Women in Thoracic Surgery (WTS) Conference

At the first annual Women in Thoracic Surgery (WTS) meeting, CTSNet had the opportunity to speak with some of the leading women in cardiothoracic surgery. These dedicated doctors discussed a variety of topics, including their favorite parts of the WTS conference, key presentations, WTS history and perks, and what the annual meeting means for the specialty. They also commented on why WTS is important to them, their vision for the field in terms of representation of women, and what motivates them to lead in cardiothoracic surgery.
