Nice filming angle. Clarity is excellent. Some suggestions, Using DelNido cardioplegia, antegrade, would have made the procedure less tedius and X-clamp time saving. During Aortic VR, tying down first, the nadir stich of each leaflet, would bring the aortic annulus and the valve sewing ring, more closer to a single plane. Probably your technique of applying commissural stiches lower, also achieved the same effect.
