Sotirios Prapas of the Henry Dunant Hospital Center in Athens, Greece, discusses the technique of off-pump coronary artery bypass using two internal mammary arteries (IMAs). He presents the different grafting techniques and reviews patient outcomes with this off-pump, IMA-only approach.
