my complements on a massive body. of work with great application and relevance my question is as a high volume pedicled RITA (when bigger than LITA) to LAD user. Is a pedicled LITA better than a radial to the Circumflex as the second graft?? regards Mike Wilson mwilson@sydneyheartandlung.com.au
