This article describes recommendations from the North American leadership in regards to the safe reintroduction of cardiovascular services during the COVID-19 pandemic including, but not limited to, ethical considerations, the importance of collaboration amongst public health officials and cardiovascular specialties, and protection of healthcare workers.
