Call for Donations of Supplies for Ukraine

Dr. Emily Farkas is requesting donations of supplies (general trauma + CV) from donors in the U.S., requested directly from humanitarian partner hospitals in the Ukraine. 

The Amasov National Institute of Cardio-Vascular Surgery (Kyiv, Ukraine) and communal nonprofit hospital Khmelnitsky Regional Cardiovascular Center (Khmelnitsky, Ukraine) are in great need of our assistance. 

All nonexpired donations (for border considerations in Poland) listed in the supplies donation list linked below would be greatly appreciated and can be sent via FedEx ground or air to the address below, ideally by April 15, but sooner would be preferable. The donated supplies will be palletized and sent by chartered jet.
