In this video, the authors show how to start veno-arterial ECMO support through cervical cannulation, using the right internal jugular vein and right common carotid artery. The uniportal technique, which enables the entire procedure to be performed through a single port, was recently introduced. This video shows a uniportal VATS lobectomy for lung cancer treatment.

The authors present a case of a 63-year-old female who developed a large inferior aneurysm following late presentation of myocardial infarction. This rare presentation is discussed with specific regard to imaging and surgical intervention. This patient demonstrates that not all pseudoaneurysms rupture rapidly.
