This video presents the case of a nine-year-old male with severe sub-valvular stenosis caused by a discrete subaortic membrane and interventricular septum hypertrophy. The first video shows a contained rupture of the aortic annulus, which was addressed with removal of the TAVR and a Dacron patch over the rupture. The second video demonstrates a TAVR explantation in a patient who had previously undergone CABG and TAVR, culminating in a mitral valve replacement.
