Congratulations, great operation! I have the following questions. 1. Is median sternotomy always your go-to approach, especially in a septic lung disease with the potential for adhesions. Are you able to predict when to use a clamp-shell approach? 2. Do you irrigate the airways before the bronchial anastomosis
