CTSNet Webinar: Unifying Revascularization Guidelines Across Continents and Specialties

CTSNet hosted a webinar on January 18, 2025, featuring a transatlantic panel of cardiologists and cardiac surgeons discussing the topic “Unifying Revascularization Guidelines Across Continents and Specialties.” Panelists included cardiothoracic surgeons Torsten Doenst, MD, PhD, Head of Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery, University Hospital Jena; and Dawn Hui, MD, Professor and Vice Chair of Quality and Research, University of Texas Health Long School of Medicine; and cardiologists Elmir Omerovic, MD, Professor and Principal Investigator, Department of Molecular and Clinical Medicine, University of Gothenburg; and Michael Farkouh, MD, Professor of Cardiology and Research Scientist, Smidt Heart Institute Cedars Sinai.

The webinar was moderated by Faisal Bakaeen, MD, Professor of Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine, who helped manage the live Q&A and audience polls.
