Subxiphoid Uniportal Middle Lobectomy

This video shows a subxiphoid uniportal middle lobectomy for lung cancer. It is performed by Dr. Jiang Lei, who has pioneered and performed over 300 subxiphoid uniportal middle lobectomies. He has also used this technique to perform lobectomies of every lobe and over 70 segmental resections. This video demonstrates the technique, and shows some of the specially designed instruments that are used to perform the operation.
