Three-Port CO2 VATS Plication with a Demmy Stitch

In the performance of a three-port VATS plication, the authors demonstrate the use of novel tools to perform horizontal mattress sutures running in an oblique fashion. At the end of the procedure, an Ethilon is passed around the 9th rib and linked to an overrunning suture to prevent late recurrence.
