Transapical Endovascular Aortic Repair: Step-by-Step Approach

This video demonstrates an endovascular aortic repair for a penetrating aortic ulcer. The default access for these cases is the femoral artery. However, due to the complex anatomy of access vessels in this case, the authors opted to use transapical access to advance the stent-graft to the required position.
