Register Now for the AATS 99th Annual Meeting
Attend the AATS 99th Annual Meeting at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre in Canada for four full days of scholarship opportunities designed to help you become a better surgeon. From Saturday, May 4 through Tuesday, May 7, 2019, you will be able to tailor your educational activities, acquire new skills, learn about the latest innovations, and understand the evidence that will enable you to provide better care for your patients.
The program has been transformed by the Planning and Abstract Committees of leading experts in their specialties. They have selected the top submissions from more than 1,000 abstracts and videos to ensure that the latest and most important science is presented. To maximize the value of the information, multiple parallel tracks will focus on specific aspects of the specialty, and expert speakers will use various formats to communicate the scientific results, the challenges that are being addressed, and how to apply what is being presented in daily practice.
Here are some of the new additions for 2019:
- Plenary sessions begin in the afternoon on Saturday, May 4th.
- Over 100 specialized parallel breakout sessions throughout the four-day meeting.
- Dedicated tracks in adult cardiac, thoracic, congenital, and perioperative care.
- Hands-on training and specialized sessions, as well as the newest technologies and devices with industry partners.
- Multiple education sessions promoting academic development, master classes, the under-treatment of patients, and overall excellence in patient care.
- Exciting social and after-hour activities, including a performance by Grammy Award-winning singer, Diana Krall.
